This is the third novel in the award winning EARTHSEA fantasy cycle by the speculative fiction/ science-fiction writer Ursula K. Le Guin. The Farthest Shore is a bildungsroman featuring the main character Arren who is on a quest to discover why magic is losing its power in EARTHSEA.
Our copy is in very good condition, the book itself showing some slight wear and discolouration on the top page edges while the mylar-protected dust jacket has some edge wear and is missing some small chips at the top spine area. A wonderful addition for the Le Guin fan, richly illustrated in black and white, including a map, by Gail Garraty.



Le Guin, is best known for her acclaimed "EARTHSEA" series as well as her "The Left Hand of Darkness" adapted to the theatre.
