This was the inscribed Invitation to the Private Viewing of an exhibition of 'Vanessa Bell: Paintings and Drawings', by Quentin Bell to Anthony d'Offay. Tipped in - over the printed invitation is the menu for the 'Vanessa Bell Supper held at the White Tower on the 20th November, 1973. (The day after the Private View). With a reproduction of a woodcut by Vanessa Bell - produced for Virginia Woolf's 'Monday or Tuesday' published in 1921 by the Hogarth Press.
Size: 8vo - over 5 1/4" x 7" tall opens to 10 1/2" x 7" printed black on white card stock. Very rare indeed.
