INVOICE ON HOGARTH PRESS LETTERHEAD FROM LETCHWORTH (the location outside London where John Lehmann moved the Press' offices after the London bombings)- reflects the sale of a copy to Miss Beatrice Schryver in Lyme Regis, Dorset, dated June 19, 1944 during WWII, also contains a receipt for payment from Miss Schryver signed "BH" on behalf of the Press which receipt is affixed to the invoice.
