W. Jeffreys, W. J. Phillips. A. Sheriff Scott, F. H. Varley, H. R. Perrigard, James Crockart, T. M. Schintz, & Ernst Neuman. A stunning copy of the very uncommon limited edition.
The regular trade edition was an enormous publishing effort by Canadian standards, about 600,000 copies were printed with the intention to distribute copies to all the schools in Canada but was withdrawn because it was financed by Seagrams whose public relations efforts fell very short of their goals.
