Montpellier, N.D., Circa 1930: R.D., 1930.
Original Autographed Letters. Signed by Author. Dufy, Raoul. Autograph letter Signed. n. d. Two full pages. Quarto. On blue paper in French. Dufy complains that he can't come to Paris as he's suffering the effects of an anti-rheumatism vaccine. He stays in Montpellier because he's in need of warmth and "serious" doctors. Dufy is sending his wife with 40 watercolors of a group which he qualifies as "beautiful & new". Dufy thinks the average price of 1000 francs each is reasonable. A fine letter with trade content. Quite uncommon.
