Kirkpatrick & Clarke A1c - The sheets were supplied by Doran, 10 March 1927 [Harcourt supplied another 1000] & issued June 1927 at 5s. 500 copies were taken over by the Hogarth Press from Duckworth - February 1929 who issued American sheets with a cancel-title as the Third Impression.
