First Edition. Hardcover. Signed by Author. Sneider, Vern. THE TEAHOUSE OF THE AUGUST MOON. Inscribed. New York: Putnam, 1951. 8vo., 282pp. First edition, first issue. Author's First Novel. A near fine copy in a very good dustwrapper [quite uncommon] with a bit of professional mending to the extremities showing modest wear. Inscribed by Sneider on the dedication page. "With sincerest best wishes / and good luck / Vern Sneider / June 11th 1951" A very nice example.
