New York: Henry Holt, (1996). 1996.
1st Edition. Hardcover. First Edition. A fine copy in the publisher's red cloth covered boards, stamped gilt on the spine in a lovely pictorial dustwrapper portraying Duncan Grant's famous portrait of Vanessa Bell on the front cover and Bell's portrait of Virginia Woolf on the back with Roger Fry's portrait of Nina Hamnett.
